Woodman’s locations in Janesville, Beloit to host COVID-19 vaccine clinics Saturday
JANESVILLE, Wis. — The Rock County Public Health Department is partnering with the Wisconsin National Guard to host a pair of COVID-19 vaccination clinics at local Woodman’s stores.
The vaccination clinics will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday in the parking lots of the Woodman’s stores located in Janesville (2819 N. Lexington Dr.) and Beloit (1877 S. Madison Rd.).
The Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available at both clinics. Pfizer’s vaccine is currently approved for those 12 and older while Johnson & Johnson’s is approved for people 18 and up. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to get vaccinated.
No appointments, documentation or insurance information are necessary.
People who get Pfizer’s vaccine should schedule a follow-up appointment with a local vaccine provider three weeks after getting their first shot. Visit RockCountyShot.com to find vaccinators in the area.
