Woman faces 5th OWI charges after crashing into parked car, police say
JANESVILLE, Wis. — A woman is facing charges for her fifth OWI offense arrest after she struck a parked vehicle overnight Sunday, police said.
Janesville police responded to a crash that was caused by a woman crashing into a parked vehicle, officials said.
The car was being driven by Sharon Rowley, who showed signs of intoxication, police said.
Rowley was unable to pass field sobriety tests. She was arrested and is facing her fifth OWI charges, police said.
Her driving record showed four prior alcohol-related convictions, police said.
Rowley sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was treated at a local medical facility, police said.
