Woman arrested on suspicion of 9th offense OWI

RANDOLPH, Wis. — A Columbia County Sheriff’s Office deputy completed a traffic stop that resulted in an arrest Sunday on Inglehart Road at STH 33 in Randolph.
A release said the deputy saw a vehicle being driven by a driver with a revoked driving status due to an operating while intoxicated offense.
The deputy saw signs of impairment and conducted standardized field sobriety tests, the release said. Kelly A. Jorgesen, 55, of Portage, was arrested on suspicion of OWI as a ninth offense and operating after revocation due to OWI.
