Woman arrested, faces prostitution charge
2 men cited in the Tuesday incident
TOWN OF BURKE, Wis. — A woman and two men face charges after Dane County authorities said they were involved in a prostitution incident.
Tonya Messer, 31, was arrested by Dane County sheriff’s deputies early Tuesday morning, after a truck stop employee told authorities she was engaging in prostitution.
The Beloit woman was seen with Daniel Dorsey, 54, at the TA Travel Center located near U.S. Highway 51 in the town of Burke. Authorities said the pair admitted they had an agreement to exchange money for sex, during the deputies’ questioning. Deputies cited the Florida man for patronizing a prostitute.
In their investigation, deputies discovered Messer was brought to the travel center by Parry Miller. The 52-year-old Madison man was cited for pandering.
