COLUMBUS, Ohio — That’s the way to open the new year.

Wisconsin pulled off its biggest win of the season Friday night, upsetting No. 5 Ohio State, 61-57, on the road.

Nate Reuvers (15 points) and Kobe King (13 points) led the effort as the Badgers (9-5, 2-1) picked up their second Big Ten win of the season.

Kaleb Wesson’s 22 points weren’t enough for Ohio State, who had already lost to an unranked Minnesota team this season.

Wisconsin returns to the Kohl Center next Wednesday to play Illinois.
