William L. “Bill” Biwersi
MADISON-William L. “Bill” Biwersi, age 66, of Madison, passed away on Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, at Agrace HospiceCare. He was born on May 13, 1946, in Madison, the son of Lester W. and Thomasine (Miller) Biwersi. Bill graduated from Lodi High School, where he loved track and football. After high school he was drafted and served in the Vietnam War. Bill was very proud to serve his country. He was united in marriage to Connie Lovick on Feb. 27, 1971. Bill was a member of the D.A.V. and Dane American Legion. He worked for Oscar Meyer for 15 years, and for 25 years at USPS, retiring in 2008. In his spare time Bill enjoyed volunteer coaching Track. He was a charter member of the DeForest Booster Club. He enjoyed biking, spending time outdoors and time spent with his family and friends. Anyone who knew him loved him.
Bill is survived by his wife of 41 years, Connie; sons, Troy (Aimee) Biwersi and Mark (Jennifer) Biwersi; five grandchildren, Kiera, Kyan, River, Gabriel and Kenzie; mother, Thomasine Biwersi; brother, Douglas (Liz) Hauda); and sister, Thomasine Ann Thompson. He was preceded in death by his father.
