Walker to file latest campaign finance report
Latest report shows fundraising, spending through June
MADISON, Wis. — A report showing how much Gov. Scott Walker’s campaign has raised and spent through June is due on Monday.
The campaign finance report due to the Government Accountability Board will show all activity through June 30.
In January Walker reported raising nearly $474,000 in the last six months of 2012. He had $794,000 cash on hand in January.
Walker is preparing for his 2014 re-election campaign. No Democratic candidate has officially announced, although former state Commerce Department Secretary Mary Burke is seriously considering getting in.
Burke has not declared her candidacy or created a campaign committee, so she is not required to file anything Monday.
