Virginia “Ginny” A. (Lalley) Thielke
MADISON- Virginia “Ginny” A. (Lalley) Thielke, age 87, went to heaven to join her beloved husband, Albert L. Thielke and son, John A. Thielke, on Friday, July 20, 2012.
She was born on July 9, 1925, in Madison and graduated from Central High School. Ginny and Al were married on May 24, 1947 and they were blessed with five children. After raising her children, she went on to work for the Rennebohm Drug Stores, then Ohmeda Medical retiring in 1990. Ginny was a charter member of St. Dennis Catholic Church.
She is survived by her children, Cindy Miller of Madison, Linda Morrissey of Wausau, Jane (J.B.) McEnaney of Brookfield and Joe (Lynn) Thielke of Madison; grandchildren, Chris (fiancé, Andrea) and Andy Miller, Tim (Nadja) Morrissey, Katie McEnaney, Sara (Mark) Wilke and Lauren Thielke; great-grandchild, Tiffany Miller; and many nieces and nephews. Ginny was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Daniel Lalley, Genevieve Faust and Irvin Lalley.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. DENNIS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 505 Dempsey Road, Madison, at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, July 25, 2012, with Father Kent Schmitt presiding. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday. The family wishes to express a special thank you to the staff on 8SW at St. Mary’s Hospital for all their loving care of Mom.
