Vehicle strikes pedestrian in Madison
Pedestrian taken to hospital
MADISON, Wis. — A vehicle struck and injured a pedestrian on Madison’s south side Wednesday.
Madison police said the vehicle was traveling inbound on South Park Street in the left lane and the pedestrian came from the east side of the street and was struck by the vehicle near West Lakeside Street at about 4:40 p.m.
Police said the 29-year-old pedestrian was transported to hospital with injuries that weren’t considered life-threatening.
Police said they are continuing to investigate.
