UW-Madison: No students believed to be affected by London attacks
MADISON, Wis. — A spokesperson with the University of Wisconsin-Madison said the university is unaware of any students affected by Wednesday’s attacks in London .
Meredith McGlone, the university’s director of news and media relations, said 127 UW-Madison students are currently in London in its study abroad program.
“[W]e do have students [in London], and at this point, we’re not aware of anyone affected,” McGlone said.
At least three people died and 20 were injured when an attacker rammed a car into crowds of people before stabbing a police officer in the grounds of the UK Parliament, CNN reported.
