University Avenue Holiday Lights looking for volunteers
MADISON, Wis. — The University Avenue Holiday Lights is looking for volunteers to help put lights on over 200 trees.
The annual tradition was started in 1996 by Dr. Jack Kammer. The tradition is now carried out by his son Dr. Chris Kammer. Jack’s mission was to share the holiday spirit with everyone no matter their race or religion.
Volunteers are needed for Saturday Oct. 28 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Marshall Court.
