Two people arrested on 4th offense OWI charges

Two Madison residents have been charged with 4 th offense Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated charges after a series of traffic stops early Thursday morning, according to the Dane County Sheriff’s Office.

In the first incident, sheriff’s deputies initiated a traffic stop on a motorcycle in the 400 block of Powers Avenue in the town of Blooming Grove just after midnight Thursday. The motorcycles registration indicated the registered owners driving status was suspended.

Sheriff’s deputies charged Eli Bibbs, 53, of Madison on 4 th offense OWI charges.

In the second incident, deputies stopped a car on U.S. Highway 51 at Pflaum Road on Madison’s southeast side just after 1 a.m. The car registration also indicated the registers owners driving status had been revoked.

Deputies charged Myra Milton, 35, of Madison faces a number of charges, including 4 th offense OWI, driving without insurance, possession of THC and operating a motor vehicle while revoked.
