Officials: 28-year-old in stolen truck tops 100mph during chase

Two men were taken to the hospital after a car collided with their moped Saturday evening.

Investigators said the two men were traveling along North Frances Street in the 300 block at 5:17 p.m. when a sedan pulled out of a driveway and hit the moped.

A 26-year-old Madison man and a 22-year-old Oxford man were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the sedan, a 21-year-old Iowa woman, was cited for failure to yield, and was released at the scene.
