Two arrests in Lafayette County after massive marijuana bust
TOWN OF FAYETTE, Wis. — Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department officials executed a search warrant for suspected marijuana distribution Wednesday, arresting two people and confiscating more than 20 pounds of the drug, according to a police report.
Officials arrested Eric and Kristen Switzky for possession and intent to distribute marijuana. According to the report, police confiscated more than 75 marijuana plants, as well as 20 pounds of clippings and chemicals used to make hashish. Police also seized multiple firearms.
Both Switzkys are in custody in the Lafayette County jail in advance of their first court appearance.
