Two arrested following robbery at Stoughton Walmart, hit-and-run crash

The Dane County Sheriff’s Office has arrested two Madison men following an armed robbery in Stoughton, along with a hit-and-run crash and foot chase in the town of Dunn.

Deputies got involved following the crash at the corner of U.S. Highway 51 near Bible Camp Road in the town of Dunn around 7:20 a.m. Sunday.

Sheriff’s officials said Dashun Williams, 17, and Pierre Williams, 25, both of Madison, ran away from the crash after they saw a deputy arriving at the scene. Stoughton and McFarland police helped the sheriff’s department establish a perimeter and arrest both men.

While deputies were searching for the men, Stoughton police told them they were looking for the two men in connection with a strong-armed robbery that had just been committed at the Stoughton Walmart.

Both men face numerous charges, including strong-armed robbery. The driver of the other car involved in the hit-and-run crash was not hurt.
