RECIPE: Don’t Call Me Shirley
Ingredients:
5 mint leaves
1/4 oz. cherry syrup
Lime slice
Ice
Gosling’s Ginger Beer
Sprig of mint

Directions:
In a Collins glass, muddle mint, cherry syrup and lime slice. Once combined, add ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a mint sprig.
