Traffic stop leads to drug arrests, sheriff says

Officials ID skier who died after hitting tree at Cascade Mountain

Three Brodhead residents were charged with drug offenses Friday after a traffic stop in Brodhead, authorities said.

The Green County Sheriff’s Department said deputies stopped a vehicle on the 400 block of East Ninth Avenue at 9:02 p.m.

According to a news release, Sarah C. Teubert, 37, was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Teubert was also cited on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle after driver’s license is suspended and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Jacob E. Johnson, 34, was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a concealed weapon, possession of a controlled substance in jail and felony bail jumping, according to a news release.

Kimberly M. Moore, 31, was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The sheriff’s department said all subjects were jailed in Green County pending court.

Brodhead police and Monroe police K-9 assisted the sheriff’s department.
