Town of Janesville man faces 6th OWI
JANESVILLE, Wis. — A Town of Janesville man is facing several charges including his sixth OWI after being pulled over by police in Janesville Friday night, Janesville police said.
Police said officers were patrolling the area near Kellogg Avenue and South Jackson Street around 8 p.m. as part of the Rock County OWI Task Force when an officer saw a car making multiple moving violations. The officer stopped the car, driven by Pharon Voegeli, 37, who told police he had consumed alcohol, police said in a news release.
Police said Voegeli was on parole supervision and had a reduced legal blood limit of 0.02.
Voegeli also faces charges of operating a motor vehicle after revocation and a parole violation, the release said.
