After seven years on West Johnson Street, Estrellón announced on social media it will be permanently closing its doors.

Estrellón, which is owned by Chef Tory Miller’s Deja Food Restaurant Group, is a Spanish-influenced small plates restaurant. Deja temporarily closed Estrellón in March. It stopped offering takeout and delivery and has been closed since.

Estrellón has undergone many changes since opening, especially in the bar area, which hosted secret burger Wednesdays and most recently served as Miller Family Meat & Three.

“We want to thank everyone that supported us for the last seven years and allowed us to do what we loved,” management says on social media. “Much like a restaurant opening, a closure comes with months of uncertainty and emotions. The last 1.5 years have been unforgettable but have strengthened how we cherish the first five.”
