Tonight at 10: Does solar power make sense in Southern Wisconsin?
MADISON, Wis. — Southern Wisconsin is turning to solar power now more than ever. It’s a big part of Madison’s push to be powered 100% by renewable energy sources by 2030. Multiple big projects are either online already or in the pipeline and are scheduled to be completed soon.
But does solar power actually make sense in Southern Wisconsin? Will the effects of climate change make the future of solar power in our area cloudy?
