Timothy Alan Leeder
JANESVILLE—Timothy Alan Leeder, age 60, of Janesville, died on Saturday, October 20, 2012, at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. He was born in Janesville on March 20, 1952, the son of Floyd and Maureen (McKeown) Leeder. Following High School he enlisted in the U.S. Marines stationed in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. He worked for General Motors as a forklift driver until his retirement in 2006. He enjoyed gambling, hunting, fishing, watching sports, meteorology and keeping up on current events.
He is survived by his 3 children; Daniel (Briana) Leeder of Milton, Brent Leeder and Aaron Leeder both of Janesville; 3 grandchildren; Brianna, Delaney and Logan; 3 siblings; David (Donna) Leeder and Faye (Richard) Ball all of Janesville and Ellis (Heather) Leeder of Georgia; best friend, Jack Tilton of Janesville; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 25, 2012, at SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, Janesville with Fr. John Auby officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Janesville. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2012, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, Janesville.
