Thousands of Alliant Energy Center vaccination appointments still available this week, PHMDC says

MADISON, Wis. — Thousands of COVID-19 vaccination appointments are available this week at the Alliant Energy Center vaccination site, according to Public Health Madison & Dane County officials.

Public health officials shared a Facebook post Monday morning saying they still have  “a couple thousand appointments available at Alliant Energy Center this week!” Officials said individuals who sign up soon will likely get an invitation for an appointment later this week.

Those looking for a vaccination appointment can sign up at vaccinate.wi.gov and wait for an appointment invitation from PHMDC.

To date, 50.7% of Dane County residents have received at least one vaccine dose. Roughly 33% of county residents are fully vaccinated, according to PHMDC data.
