Thomas J. “Tom” Hilsenhoff
STOUGHTON/MADISON-Thomas J. “Tom” Hilsenhoff, died Saturday, July 7, 2012, after a long, courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by family and childhood friend, Keith. Tom was born on May 23, 1963, to John “Jack” and Sharon Hilsenhoff in Madison.
He graduated from LaFollette High School in 1981. In 1982 Tom went to Dallas, Texas, and from there to Stone Mountain, Ga. He returned to Madison in 1993. Tom was a popular server and bartender in the Madison area and loved to sing karoake on his off days. Tom is survived by his mother and step-father, Sharon (Don) Strander of Friendship; brother, David (Mary) and niece Jordan of Deerfield; uncle, Tom (Fran) Miller of Oregon;
various cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father; and loving grandparents.
In honoring Tom’s wishes, no services will be held. Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society. Our thanks go out to Nazareth House of Stoughton, Agrace HospiceCare and American Cancer Society.
