According to Terri Yanke, the easiest and quickest way to grow your business is to plan a memorable event where clients can get to know your personality and the people behind your business.

Eventful Advantage creates experiences for business owners and their clients. Yanke, who is the managing director of networking organization and holds a master’s degree in marketing, said her strong business background sets her apart from other event planners.

“My goal is to help businesses get a return on investment through experiences,” she said.

Each event is catered to the individual needs of the business owner.

For instance, Yanke recently turned a real estate open house into an artists’ showcase. The large new home was decorated with abstract paintings, jewelry, blown glass and even had the work of a live “en plein air” artist. More than 200 people attended the open house, and the real estate agent developed new connections and quickly sold the home.

“In this day and age there is a hidden desire for clients to have more human connections, so the time is right to use experiences as a personal way to grow your business.”
