Teacher’s aide accused of exposing himself released on cash bond for drug charges
JANESVILLE, Wis. — A Beloit teacher’s aide accused of exposing himself to a teenager was in Rock County court Wednesday to face drug charges.
Scott Swanson, 45, is facing drug charges after bags of meth, a pipe and lighters were found in his car.
Police found the items after searching his car Monday morning, which is the same day they arrested him on felony charges of indecent exposure.
Police said Swanson exposed himself to a student who has behavioral and mental-health disabilities at the Richardson School.
For now, Swanson was released on an $1,100 cash bond for the drug charges. He has not been formally charged yet for the indecent exposure. He was also ordered not to have contact with The Richardson School.
He is scheduled to be back in court March 21.
