‘Sweet scientists’ ask for help naming new Babcock ice cream flavor

The “sweet scientists’ from CBS’ “The Amazing Race” are back, and this time they’re asking for help from their fans and supporters.

The reality show participants, Amy DeJong and Maya Warren, are Ph.D. students at the University of Wisconsin. DeJong is a candy researcher, and Warren is an ice cream researcher.

To celebrate their recent “The Amazing Race” victory, they are working with the Babcock Hall Dairy Plant to develop an ice cream flavor, according to a post on the college’s website.

The post says DeJong and Warren are stumped on a name, so they’re asking for help with name and flavor suggestions.

The ice cream flavor is expected to come out sometime this semester.
