Stars come out to support youth hockey in Bob Suter Memorial Classic
MADISON, Wis. — The stars were on the ice Thursday night at Capitol Ice Arena, but not just to play hockey.
Over 25 former Badger men’s and women’s hockey legends returned to Madison to compete in the second annual Bob Suter Memorial Classic and give back to youth hockey.
Last year they raised enough money to donate 110 sets of youth hockey equipment. The goal this year is 150.
Bob was all about the kids and that’s a tradition his son Ryan is honored to carry on.
