SSM Health launches new COVID-19 vaccine scheduling portal
MADISON, Wis. — With eligibility for COVID-19 vaccines opening up to everyone in the state of Wisconsin age 16 and up Monday, SSM Health is launching a simplified self-scheduling portal for those looking to get appointments.
The new platform at SSMHealth.com is open to everyone in the state, even those who do not use SSM Health as their primary healthcare provider.
SSM Health says people age 18 and up can use the online portal to sign up for an appointment date and time that is convenient for them, and a second dose appointment will be scheduled at the same time.
Because the Pfizer vaccine is the only one currently approved for people aged 16 and 17, those people will need to call ahead to a clinic to make sure the Pfizer vaccine is available there. The vaccination phone lines for those clinics are:
Dean Medical Group: 608-250-1222 (7 am – 8 pm weekdays, 8 am – 5 pm weekends)
Agnesian HealthCare: 920-926-8400 (7 am – 5 pm weekdays)
Monroe Clinic: 608-324-1815 (8 am – 5 pm weekdays)
SSM Health is reminding people its ability to provide vaccinations depends on supply.
