Being a top chef usually means you make the rules when it comes to the holiday menu in your household. We were curious what the holiday meal looks like in the home of a top chef and top baker, aka, Tory and Kristine Miller. Tory is the James Beard-winning executive chef of L’Etoile, Graze, Sujeo and Estrellón, and Kristine is former owner/pastry chef of the recently closed Dough Baby Bakery.

Here’s what’s on the menu at their house:
Thanksgiving: “Kristine makes the best pies, and I look forward to her apple and cherry pies for Thanksgiving all year,” Tory says.

Christmas Eve: “We have lobster ramen, galbi jjim and Kristine makes her famous sticky toffee pudding,” Tory says.

Christmas Day: “A few years ago, I started making timpano, the famous dish from the movie ‘Big Night.’ It’s got meatballs, salami, eggs and provolone cheese all baked together with tomato sauce,” Tory says.
