Smash-and-grab burglar makes off with $2,300 worth of cigarette cartons
MADISON, Wis. — A burglar made off with goods early Saturday after breaking into an east Madison gas station, officials said.
Madison police said that officers responding to a burglary at the Capitol Petro Mart on Commercial Avenue at 4:50 a.m. found a window shattered.
The burglar made off with 28 cartons of cigarettes worth more than $2,300, police said.
