GREEN BAY, Wis. — In anticipation of Sunday’s playoff game, the Green Bay Packers are asking for shovelers to assist in the process of clearing Lambeau Field Sunday morning.

According to a release, the Packers are in need of as many as 700 shovelers to help with the process starting at 6 a.m. as there is expected snowfall Saturday night.

Those interested should report to the Fleet Farm Gate on Lambeau Field’s west side. There will be temporary parking in lot 6, but vehicles must be removed as soon as shoveling is finished.

NFL gameday stadium safety policies will be in place Sunday morning, so shovelers will have to enter walk-through medal detectors and no bags, backpacks or purses will be allowed inside.

Those who shovel will get paid $12 per hour immediately upon completion of work. Shovelers have to be 18 years old or older. Shovels will be provided.
