Sheriff’s office: Clyman woman ‘missing, endangered’
Authorities search for missing 28-year-old
WATERTOWN, Wis. — Officials are searching for Clyman woman considered missing and endangered.
Dodge County Chief Deputy Scott Smith said 28-year-old Heather Stewart was last seen at 10 p.m. Wednesday.
Smith said law enforcement is not commenting on why she’s considered endangered, but that authorities considered it “a credible enough threat” to launch a search. He said the missing person investigation into Stewart is still “very active and ongoing” in coordination with Watertown police.
Smith also confirmed there is a police presence outside the former Pick N Save building in Watertown but could not say if the search for Stewart was connected. Dodge County dispatchers confirmed Watertown police are now handling the missing person case.
Smith said Stewart works at Rogers Memorial Hospital in Oconomowoc but did not report for work.
