MADISON, Wis. — As severe storms with tornado warnings rolled in to central and northern Wisconsin, some area residents have reported seeing large storm clouds while others have reported varying levels of damage.
Gov. Tony Evers on Thursday declared a state of emergency following the storms, saying they caused widespread damage from the Mississippi River to Lake Michigan.
