Several crosses damaged in cemetery, police say
BERLIN, Wis. — Substantial damage was done over the weekend to several cross symbols in a church cemetery in Berlin, according to a release.
Officials said they believe the damage at St. Michaels Cemetery on Berlin’s west side was intentional.
Berlin police are investigating the crime and would like to talk to anyone with information on the damage.
Officials said the cross symbols will either need to be repaired or replaced.
