DEERFIELD, Wis.– Counting down the days ’til fall? While the season doesn’t officially start until next week, Schuster’s Farm is kicking things off this weekend, as it begins its 28th season Saturday, September 18th.

At the family owned & operated farm, visitors can get lost in an 8-acre corn maze, hop a wagon ride, enjoy caramel apples and donuts, and pick their own pumpkins from Schuster’s fields.

What’s new this year

Driving up to the farm, you’ll notice the landscape looks a little different: the pumpkin field is right in front and the corn maze is farther back. That’s because the family rotated their crops. Daughter Sarah Schuster said the change is good for COVID-cautious visitors. Families no longer need to take a wagon ride out to the pumpkin fields and instead can walk to pick their own pumpkins.

Also this fall, the flower fields are still in full bloom, so while the weather is seasonably warm, visitors can enjoy an array of colorful blossoms.
