Arrest was for domestic incident that didn't happen at school, officials say
MILTON, Wis. — An employee of the Milton School District was arrested at an intermediate school Thursday morning, according to a release from the district.
Capt. Jude Maurer of the Rock County Sheriff’s Office told district administrators during the early morning hours that it was necessary to arrest the employee right away in the morning, according to the release.
The employee was arrested around 8 a.m. for an alleged domestic incident that did not happen at the school, Rock County officials said. He was taken into custody at the school without incident.
“The Rock County Sheriff’s Office criminal investigation of the employee does not involve any actions or conduct that happened at school, nor does it involve any students in the School District of Milton,” the release said.
