Sarah Nurse happy to be back ‘home’, looking forward to Crazylegs Classic

MADISON, Wis. — What a couple of months it’s been for Sarah Nurse. In February, the former Badger set an Olympic record scoring 18 points in the games and in the process led Canada to a gold medal in Beijing.


Nurse returned to Madison on Friday ahead of Saturday’s Crazylegs Classic race where she’ll be the grand marshal.

“I am so honored to be the Crazylegs grand marshal”, Nurse said. “I think that it’s such a cool thing that I’m able to do”.
