Sally Fiorello (Clark) passed away from complications of Alzheimer’s disease in Beaver Dam Wisconsin on November 9, 2017. Sally was born on February 7, 1935 in Seward Illinois to George and Agnes Clark. She married Louis Fiorello on October 30, 1954 in Rockford Illinois. She is preceded in death by her husband Louis, son Anthony, her parents and siblings. She is survived by her children, their spouses, her 15 grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Sally was a creative soul who loved to sew – she made wonderful costumes for school plays and Halloween, she made beautiful quilts for everyone, loved to try new recipes, crafts and anything creative. She might have had Pinterest addiction had she ever learned to use the computer that sat in their kitchen. Sally and Lou were very involved in the Catholic church and the Knights of Columbus. They worked on fundraisers, dances, church picnics and dinners. They loved to entertain and gather with family and friends for any occasion. Together they participated in Bible studies, Cursillo and Marriage Encounter. Sally loved her work as a nurse with the David Duehr Eye Clinic in Madison Wisconsin. She went back to school after her youngest was in kindergarten and was a great role model for learning at any age and fulfilling your dreams.
The family will have a private service for Sally at Gunderson Funeral Home and then grave side service at the family plot in Pecatonica Illinois. The family would like to thank the staff at Dycora Center for their love and compassionate care for Sally over the years. They truly uphold the dignity of those they serve and care for. We are grateful.
