Ronald E. Coy Sr.
Ronald E. Coy Sr., 69, of Fort Atkinson, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Beloit Memorial Hospital.
Ronald was born on October 19, 1947 in London, WI, son of the late Burl and Marcella (Lounsbury) Coy.
Ronald had worked for many years at Ryder in Janesville. He loved fast cars and racing his motorcycles. He also had a passion for music; he enjoyed singing and playing his guitar.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Darlene of Jefferson; children, Theresa (Daniel Larson) Coy and Timothy (Teresa) Coy both of Adams and Ronald (Michelle) Coy Jr. of Janesville; grandchildren, Calvin, Cassandra, Quaylee, Alexandra, Terrin, Brittany, Shelby, Ryan, Adam, Nicole, Holly, Whitney, Nadia, Cole, Alex and Jade; many great grandchildren; brother, Jerry Coy; sisters, Rosemary (Chester) Fleck, Laura (Harold) Durkee, Phyllis (James) Lange and Ruth (Marty) Bellcour; sister-in-law, Linda Coy; previous wives, Janice Cates and Janace Hammer and many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by a stillborn son; his brothers, David and Herb Coy; granddaughter Zoey Krueger; niece, Ashley Erickson and nephew, Alex Becker.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the Lounsbury family and Christine and Joe Braxton.
The Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson is assisting the family.
