Robert A. Boehm
MAUSTON, Wis. — Robert A. Boehm, 79 of Mauston passed away peacefully Thursday, May 4, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield following a courageous battle with cancer. Robert was born on May 23, 1937 in Wonewoc, Wisconsin the son of Arthur and Julia Boehm.
Robert was united in marriage to Victoria Beak on October 15, 1960 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Richmond, Illinois. He worked for Coca Cola for 30 years in Niles, Illinois. The family lived in Genoa City for 25 years and then moved to Mauston. He loved his family dearly, a faithful husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed traveling, camping and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He served in the United States Army. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his wife Victoria, his children Donna Umnus, Mark (Gale) Boehm, Catherine (Herb) Lallemont, his dear grandchildren Kayla and Zachery Umnus, Stuart and Avery Boehm, Jacob an Haley Lallemont, his brothers Gerald (Marie) Boehm, Don Boehm, nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his siblings Arthur, Ralph, Leroy, Julian, Joyce and Leonard.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday, May 12, 2017 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Mauston
Burial will be at St. Patrick Cemetery with military honors.
Friends may call on Thursday, May 11th from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Crandall Funeral Home, Mauston on Friday from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at the church.
