Randy M. Frosch
Randy M. Frosch, 63, of Sauk City, died on February 24th, 2014. Randy was born August 13, 1950 to Vic and Audrey (Schoephoester) Frosch. Randy was a proud life-long resident of Sauk City, having graduated from Sauk Prairie High School in 1968. He served in the United States Air Force from 1969 to 1973, with a tour in Southeast Asia. In 1976 Randy married, Margie Diehl. They built a home in Sauk City, where they raised their son, Aaron.
Randy worked in construction for 30 years. He worked for the last eleven years as a medical records specialist at Prairie Clinic, in Sauk City. Randy served as a member of the Sauk City Fire Department for 19 years. He served successively as a department captain, assistant chief and chief.
Randy was an avid outdoorsman, who loved spending time on his aunt and uncle’s farm. He also especially enjoyed time spent fishing with his friend, David.
Randy is survived by his wife, Margie, his special feline friend, Storm, his brother, Jeff and sister, Vicki, his brother-in-law, Rich Sutter, and his sister-in-law, Sandy Frosch. Randy is also survived by his brother-in-laws, Howard (Karen) Diehl and Ken Soergel, his sister-in-laws, Mary (John) Holway and Janet Diehl (Steve Stoikes), as well as his nieces and nephews.
Randy was preceded in death by his loving son, Aaron, by his parents, by his mother and father-in-law, by his brother, Gary, his special aunt and uncle, Danny and Nyla Ganser and his sister-in-law, Kay Soergel.
No public memorial service is planned. In lieu of memorials, donations may be made to the Aaron J. Frosch Scholarship Fund through the Sauk Prairie Dollars for Scholars program at Sauk Prairie High School, 105-9th Street, Prairie du Sac, WI 53578.
Randy’s life was a life well lived, with many good times and no regrets.
