Randall Lee Keehn, age 60, of Dodgeville, a former Belleville resident, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2014 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. He was born on September 27, 1953 at Monroe, WI to his parents Howard and LaVon Mary (Driefke) Keehn. Randall graduated from Belleville High School in 1971 and then served in the United States Navy from 1971 to 1975.
On July 22, 1972 he was united in marriage to Gwen Peschl, they later divorced but remained close friends. Randall worked for Federal Industries, Prestige Laminated Products, Mounds, and most recently Walnut Hollow. He had served on the Belleville Fire Department. Randall played softball on the Buol Builders team and was a member of the Belleville SnoCats. He also enjoyed horseshoes, bowling, and was an avid Honda Goldwing enthusiast.
Randall is survived by his fiancé Beverly Wilhelm of Dodgeville, WI, children Jennifer (James) Otte of Fort Atkinson, WI and Travis Keehn of Monticello, WI, grandchildren Einrich, Olivia, and Keira Otte, Riley Miller, and Harrison and Hope Latsch-Keehn. He is further survived by his siblings Sandy (Al) Myhre, of Brodhead, WI, Ann (Don) Freidig of Fort Atkinson, WI, Stan (Marcy) Keehn of Monroe, WI, Lee (Ellen) Keehn of Marshall, MI, and William (Christine) Keehn of Tennesee, and friend Roger Keller of Waunakee, WI.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February, 5, 2014 at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home, 109 Greenway Cross, Belleville, WI with Pastor William Keehn officiating. Full military honors will follow.
Relatives and friends may call from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home in Belleville.
