Aaron Rodgers loses sponsorship deal with health provider over vaccine comments

GREEN BAY, Wis. – Prevea Health ended its partnership with Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers on Saturday, the healthcare provider announced.

Rodgers had been a spokesperson for the organization since 2012.

“Prevea Health remains deeply committed to protecting its patients, staff, providers and communities amidst the COVID-19 pandemic,” an organization spokesperson said in a statement. “This includes encouraging and helping all eligible populations to become vaccinated against COVID-19 to prevent the virus from further significantly impacting lives and livelihoods.”

Rodgers came under fire recently after he tested positive for COVID-19 and was revealed to be unvaccinated.
