Police: Woman arrested for OWI twice in 3 days
Police also investigating domestic incident
MADISON, Wis. — A Mount Horeb woman was arrested twice in three days for operating while intoxicated, according to police.
Mount Horeb police said Larissa A. Gudleske, 48, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of fourth offense OWI, failure to stop at a stop sign, inattentive driving and driving with open intoxicants.
Police were dispatched to the intersection of State Highway 92 and 8 th Street for a two-car crash. Investigators said Gudleske failed to stop at a stop sign, causing the crash. She was arrested after failing field sobriety tests.
On Tuesday, police were called to the 100 block of Buechner Circle for a report of a domestic disturbance. Investigators said Gudleske was intoxicated and was there to talk to her ex-boyfriend. She reportedly rammed her vehicle into his several times before leaving.
Gudleske was found at her home in the 1800 block of Syvarud Road, failed field sobriety tests and was arrested on suspicion of fourth offense OWI, domestic disorderly conduct and domestic criminal damage to property, according to police.
She was also cited on suspicion of reckless driving, hit-and-run, failure to report an accident, expired registration, operating with a cracked windshield and failure to properly equip seat belts.
Investigators said more charges against Gudleske are possible.
