Police: Pair attacked, robbed by 6 teens
Teens suffer head injuries
MADISON, Wis, — Two Madison teens told police they were attacked and robbed by a group of six teenage males while walking away from a disturbance at a house party late Saturday night, according to a release from Madison police.
The pair told police the attack happened in the 400 block of Moorland Road as they walked away from a social gathering. Police were called to the scene at 11:25 p.m.
The 16-year-old victim said one of the six attackers displayed a handgun and asked them to turn over their belongings. He said he was knocked down with a blow to the face, but was able to get away. The 17-year-old victim was struck in the head with a bottle several times and punched in the face, according to police. His wallet and cellphone were taken.
Both teens suffered head injuries.
The teens said the attackers were all wearing dark-colored hooded sweatshirts.
