Police: Man arrested for 5th offense OWI was 6 times over legal limit
Prochaska also held on probation warrant
MOUNT HOREB, Wis. — Mount Horeb police said a Barneveld man arrested for fifth offense OWI Saturday morning had a breath test showing he was six times over the legal limit.
John E. Prochaska, 42, is being held at the Dane County Jail on suspicion of fifth offense OWI and on a probation warrant.
Police said Prochaska failed field sobriety tests after a traffic stop before 1 a.m. Saturday.
The arrest was made on the first night of a special enforcement effort focused on drunken drivers.
