Police: Madison man exposes himself at bank
Man arrested after incident at bank
MADISON, Wis. — A Madison man will be banned from all Anchor Bank properties after Madison police said they arrested him on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior.
On Wednesday, Paul L. Beck, 60, was arrested at the Anchor Bank at 2929 N. Sherman Avenue.
Police said Beck approached a female employee, asking her questions about opening different types of accounts, with his athletic shorts down just above his knees, and his private parts completely exposed.
After about two minutes, police said Beck walked away, and the employee was able to alert staff members, who then called police.
