Police look for car that struck pedestrian
Man treated for non-life-threatening injuries
BELOIT, Wis. — Beloit police are looking for a car that struck a pedestrian on Sunday.
Police said the 53-year-old Beloit man was walking across Portland Avenue east of Fourth Street at 8:26 p.m. when he was struck by a blue compact car.
The car was last seen going east over the Portland Avenue bridge.
The man was taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
