Police find two overdosed individuals inside closed State Street establishment
MADISON, Wis. — Police officers used an anti-overdose drug to revive two people they found unconscious inside an establishment in the 600 block of State Street at 10 p.m. Friday, officials said.
The officers gained entry into the building and found the individuals were unresponsive, officials said.
They used naloxone to treat them. Madison Fire Department personnel arrived and also gave multiple doses to the individuals and they began to recover, officials said.
Both of the individuals were transported to a hospital and admitted to using heroin, officials said.
