Percy Joseph Cloute Jr.
Percy Joseph Cloute Jr., 69, of Fort Atkinson WI, crossed the gates to heaven on Sunday, March 12, 2017.
Percy was a thoughtful, caring, hard-working man, always willing to drop everything to help others. He loved helping his kids with a house project and was first to offer assistance in fixing something for a friend. He was a “jack of all trades” and there wasn’t anything he couldn’t figure out how to fix. Some may remember him as a rock star softball player or as a Little League baseball coach, or as Santa. He was a great teacher and always had a way of sneaking in a lesson to be learned in every situation. In the most recent years, Percy enjoyed ice fishing, woodworking, projects in the garage and feeding the grand dogs one too many treats. He was a gentle giant to most who knew him and always left you with a smile after some sort of joking comment.
Percy Jr. was preceded in death by his parents Percy Sr. and Ethel (Gronert) Cloute. Surviving are his 3 children, Amy J. Cloute, Joseph P. Cloute and Jeffery L. (Pam) Cloute; brother, Robert L. (Sharon) Cloute; sister, Linda (Scott) Ickes; niece Michelle (Jason) Krieger (Daughter -Reilly Harbison) and 5 spoiled grand dogs, Maisy, Kaleah, Destiny, Rocky and Miller.
